Led by Chef Takamasa Suzuki, under the direction of Kappo Shunsui Executive Chef, Chef Shimuta, Izakaya Shun brings forth an eccentric Japanese Izakaya experience through a fine selection of alcohol being served alongside an ever-changing Omakase menu of Japan’s seasonal best sourced from Toyosu Market in Tokyo.
The array of exquisite and top-quality, yet wallet-friendly delicacies - such as the Overflowing Ikura Rice (a signature of sister restaurant, Kyuu by Shunsui, created by Chef Takamasa Suzuki), Daily Omakase Assorted Sashimi, as well as dishes prepared in different cooking methods such as grilling, frying, steaming etc. are sure to delight the senses. Complete with a fine, carefully-sourced selection of alcohol such as beer, shochu, wine and sake, guests are welcome to experience and reminisce the energy of a night out in the back alleys of Tokyo as you knock back a bottle or two.
On the Omakase menu, an outstanding interpretation of traditional Izakaya dishes are served alongside free-flow alcohol drinks that would be an ideal spot to wind down the day with friends and colleagues.
Izakaya Shun also houses a semi-private room that can hold between 4 to 10 guests.
